Real Moments, Small Guest Counts: A Look Inside Micro Weddings at Copper Hall
There’s something incredibly special about a micro wedding. The energy is different; it’s calmer, more intimate, and centered around what matters most: the couple, the love, and the people closest to them.
At Copper Hall, we’ve had the honor of hosting a number of beautiful micro weddings over the past few seasons. Each one looked a little different, but they all had a few things in common: meaningful details, the most important people, and that unmistakable feeling of “this is exactly how it was meant to be.”
What’s Included
Our micro wedding package is built to keep things simple without feeling stripped down. It includes the essentials, things you’d otherwise have to coordinate across multiple vendors, but with plenty of room to make it feel like you.
Here’s what’s typically included:
Custom Ceremony Design – Whether it's a floral arch, soft draping, or something minimal, we’ll style the space to create a beautiful backdrop for your vows.
Officiant Services – A warm, personalized ceremony that’s legally binding and deeply meaningful.
Personal Florals – A custom bouquet and boutonnière (or two of each!) with seasonal blooms that align with your color palette.
Professional Photography – Two hours of coverage with one of our trusted photographers to capture your ceremony, portraits, and all the in-between moments.
Cake Cutting – A petite, two-tier cake designed for photos and for sharing.
Cider or Champagne Toast – To celebrate the moment with your guests.
Venue Access + Coordination – 2 Hour access to Copper Hall’s event space, and an in house wedding coordinator to keep everything running smoothly.
And because we keep the guest count under 30, the vibe stays light, flexible, and relaxed—from setup to ceremony to farewell.
A Few Recent Favorites
Andrea + Annouar planned their micro wedding with us in just a month, hosting 25 guests with soft lilac draping and plum florals. Instead of champagne, they toasted with sparkling cider and took a quiet moment outside for portraits after saying “I do.”
Haleigh + Noah chose an intimate ceremony that focused on what really mattered, their love and their growing family. With their son Kaya right there with them, the moment felt deeply personal and full of intention. It wasn’t about putting on a show, it was about marking a new chapter in their lives in a way that felt honest and true to who they are. And Kaya? He made the absolute sweetest witness.
